Senior Manager, Business Process Analysis – AI Solutions

The Opportunity

As the Senior Business Process Analyst Manager for AI Solutions, you will define how AI capabilities translate into business outcomes across sales, service, customer, and operational workflows. You will lead the identification, design, and optimization of business processes that leverage predictive, generative, and agentic AI to drive productivity, decision quality, user adoption, and measurable business value.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You will work directly with business leaders, product managers, data scientists, engineers, and end users to understand business challenges, define future-state operating models, and ensure AI solutions are embedded into workflows in a way that drives real adoption and impact. You will own the business process strategy, requirements, and operating models that ensure AI capabilities solve meaningful business problems rather than becoming standalone technology features.

What You Will Do

AI Strategy and Process Transformation

• Define and document current-state and future-state business processes enabled by AI.
• Identify opportunities for predictive, generative, and agentic AI to improve productivity and business outcomes.
• Prioritize AI use cases based on business value, feasibility, and adoption potential.
• Establish operating models for AI-enabled workflows and decision-making.

Business Requirements and Solution Definition

• Lead process discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Translate business objectives into clear AI, product, and analytics requirements.
• Define business rules, KPIs, success measures, and process impacts.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to ensure solutions align with business needs.

AI Adoption and Value Realization

• Drive adoption strategies for AI-enabled capabilities.
• Define and monitor business KPIs, usage, and value realization metrics.
• Ensure AI solutions are embedded into day-to-day workflows.
• Partner with stakeholders to support organizational readiness and change management.

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Serve as the primary business process lead across Business, Product, Engineering, UX, and Data Science teams.
• Facilitate alignment and decision-making across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and business impacts related to AI initiatives.
• Establish governance and prioritization frameworks for AI investments.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as a trusted advisor to business and technology leadership.
• Communicate AI strategies, recommendations, and business value to executive audiences.
• Build alignment around priorities, outcomes, and success measures.
• Champion user-centric, outcome-driven AI solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in business process analysis, business transformation, consulting, product management, or related disciplines.
• 5 years of leadership experience managing teams or enterprise initiatives.
• Experience defining business requirements for Agentic AI, analytics, digital, or enterprise solutions.
• Strong understanding of business process design and workflow optimization.
• Experience partnering with business leaders, product teams, data scientists, and engineering teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and executive communication skills.
• Experience developing KPIs, business cases, and value realization frameworks.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience measuring and communicating business impact from AI investments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience delivering AI, machine learning, generative AI, or intelligent automation initiatives.
• Experience supporting sales, service, customer experience, or commercial transformation programs.
• CBAP, Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or related certifications.
• Experience building and leading business analysis or transformation practices.
• Experience driving AI adoption, change management, and organizational readiness.

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The base salary range for this position is $153,900.00 - $230,800.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus pay based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
