Senior Director of Operations

Overview QLM Search is recruiting a VP Operations for a specialist Ingredients Division of a larger group supporting the Food, Beverage and health/nutrition sector. Reporting to the CEO, this role forms part of the senior leadership team responsible for driving best in class operational performance across the business unit. Responsibilities Provide leadership and planning for the division improving national operations and services Lead and guide the operational remit of the business unit strategic/operational plans Manage and develop all site operations procedures (multisite x3) Driving the simplification of processes through standardization, technology and innovation, and the implementation of methodologies for the unit Qualifications Experience in a B2B Ingredients/Flavor background with manufacturing and operations oversight, including manufacturing, engineering and health and safety Must have operated in a B2B ingredients sector Experience in supporting a high growth business alongside the CEO is advantageous Proven ability to implement enhanced standard operating procedures, processes and methodologies Strong leadership and motivation skills with a strategic approach to driving change and improving operating performance Seniority level Executive Employment type Full-time Job function Manufacturing Industries Food and Beverage Manufacturing Dairy Product Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
