Physical Therapist - Rehabilitation ServicesWe are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to effectively screen, evaluate, and rehabilitate patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care. The ideal candidate will develop appropriate plans of care in accordance with regulatory and clinical practice standards.ResponsibilitiesUtilize standardized assessments and evidence-based practices to support clinical interventions.Administer various procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan, including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and wound care.Assess patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly in compliance with regulatory requirements.Evaluate treatment outcomes for effectiveness and modify services based on evaluations.Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers regarding physical disorders.Communicate effectively with supervisors and health team members about patient progress, barriers, and treatment plans.Document all regulatory and clinically required information in the electronic documentation system.Participate in required meetings and trainings, including patient care conferences and rehabilitation meetings.Supervise and support Physical Therapist Assistants, rehabilitation aides, and students.Adhere to APTA and state practice acts, ethics, and code of conduct during professional practice.Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure1 year of Physical Therapy experience required; new graduates with Level II experience are welcome to apply.Experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) or Rehabilitation is required.Active Oklahoma State License is required.ScheduleThis position offers 8-hour day shifts with no weekend or on-call responsibilities.Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
