Our Fort Wayne Ashley HomeStore team is growing and we want YOU!

The Office Manager will assist in leading and managing the office and all administrative duties for the store. This position is key to our retail furniture business. You will be responsible for:

overseeing the 3rd party financing process with the office team
overseeing the business and reviewing sales orders daily
assisting with managing and handling customer inquiries when they come to the office
assisting with answering incoming telephone calls
assisting with calling our customers regarding their orders and/or deliveries
training & hiring office team members when needed
working with our sales staff to provide the best shopping experience for our guests
processing applications for our finance vendors
handling payments from customers
problem solving & diffusing difficult customers
assisting in completing weekly performance reports
closing out cash drawer and reconciling the days business
assisting store management when needed

Compensation is based on skill set & experience. We are flexible on scheduling and looking for someone to handle administrative duties and grow with us!

Location working at: 6334 Lima Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46818

Hours: 40 hours working Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm (Able to be flexible and adjust some shifts if needed)
