This role is responsible for recruiting skilled trades professionals for commercial, industrial, manufacturing, and construction projects throughout the state of Tennessee. If you're someone who enjoys building relationships, connecting people with opportunities, and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, we'd like to hear from you. What You'll Do Recruit qualified candidates for skilled trades and construction positions throughout Tennessee Source candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, networking, and community outreach Conduct phone interviews and candidate screenings Build and maintain a pipeline of skilled trades professionals Coordinate onboarding and hiring activities Partner with branch leadership to meet recruiting and staffing goals Maintain accurate candidate records within our recruiting system Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience Positions You'll Recruit Electricians Plumbers HVAC Technicians Pipefitters Welders Sheet Metal Mechanics Industrial Maintenance Professionals Skilled Construction Trades What We're Looking For Strong communication and relationship-building skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency Comfortable making outbound calls and building candidate relationships Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills Bilingual English/Spanish Preferred Qualifications Recruiting experience Staffing industry experience Sales or customer service experience Construction, industrial, manufacturing, or skilled trades knowledge ATS/CRM experience Why Join Premier Trade Services?
