Maintenance Technician

CoWorx is seeking Maintenance Technicians in the Rochester NH area! 3rd shift available (M-F, 11 pm to 7 am) (Direct Hire Excellent Pay + Shift Differential!)

Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire

Responsibilities:

• Maintain, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair production floor machinery and equipment
• Perform and improve preventative maintenance (PM) procedures on all equipment
• Provide technical guidance and support to Level I Maintenance Technicians
• Support production with changeovers, product setups, and line start-ups
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled PM tasks using company-preferred systems
• Partner with production supervisors and staff to ensure timely communication and workflow
• Document all maintenance performed to meet compliance and accuracy standards
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace following 5S principles
• Maintain strong attendance and reliability

Desired Background/Skills:

• 35 years of maintenance experience required
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, controls, or tooling maintenance preferred
• Experience with PLCs preferred
• Exposure to vision systems (inspection, robotics, automation) a plus or willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Comfortable using basic computer systems; Microsoft Office & SAP experience preferred
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Willingness to complete employer-provided technical training

Other Information:

• Weekend only shifts available. Fri-Sun- 7 am to 7 pm or 7 pm to 7am
