Quality Control Technician

- 12-hour rotating shifts (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM)

- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate degree - preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in Injection Molding
- Prior quality control or plastics/colorant experience - preferred
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 25-50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment
- Inspect raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products for defects or inconsistencies
- Perform basic product testing using calibrated tools and testing equipment
- Record and document quality findings in reports and databases
- Conduct incoming inspections and assist in corrective/preventive actions
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues
- Train plant staff on quality procedures and work instructions
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of work area
- Assist in gathering trial data and ensuring testing devices remain calibrated
- Participate in regular quality walkthroughs and improvement initiatives
- Perform other duties as assigned
