Make a meaningful impact in students’ lives by supporting their communication needs as a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) for the 2026/2027 school year. This full-time, onsite position offers the opportunity to contribute to a collaborative team serving school-aged children in an educational environment. With 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, you'll play a key role in implementing individualized treatment plans, supporting student success, and helping students achieve their speech and language goals under the guidance of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist.

Qualifications:

• Active Georgia SLPA license or relevant state certification
• Prior experience in school settings is highly valued
• Demonstrated ability to provide support and follow therapy plans with supervision from a licensed SLP
• Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills
• Commitment to full-time, onsite presence during the academic year

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language services to students in accordance with treatment plans
• Assist in monitoring student progress and maintaining accurate documentation
• Collaborate with licensed SLPs, teachers, and other school staff
• Support and promote students’ participation in classroom and school activities
• Adhere to district policies, state guidelines, and professional standards
