As a critical resource in the school setting, you will work closely with supervising Speech Language Pathologists and collaborate with dedicated educators and staff.

Key Qualifications:

• Hold an active Georgia SLPA license and/or required state certification
• Demonstrated ability to provide effective support in a school-based setting
• Experience implementing treatment plans and interventions under supervision
• Familiar with best practices in supporting student communication goals
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and documentation abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills to build relationships with students, staff, and families
• Full-time schedule availability (37.5 hours/week, Monday through Friday)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language support to students as outlined in plans developed by a licensed SLP
• Assist with data collection, progress monitoring, and maintaining accurate records
• Support therapy sessions and help tailor activities to meet individual student needs
• Collaborate with educational staff and participate in team meetings
• Uphold confidentiality while complying with all district and state policies
• Communicate regularly with supervising SLPs and contribute insights to student progress
