Job Description
Oncology RN

Schedule

Possible shifts include: 7:45-16:15, 8:00-16:30, 8:30-17:00, 9:00-17:30, 9:30-18:00. Weekends are not required.

Assignment Details

Guaranteed hours: 40 hours per week. This is a contract position with an ASAP start date.

Requirements

• Oncology certification (ONCC or ONS) required.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum of 1 year of oncology/infusion outpatient experience required.
• Experience with Alaris Infusion Pumps and CADD Ambulatory Pumps preferred.
• EPIC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administering infusions, typically 6 per day, plus 1-2 port draws daily.
• Maintaining a safe and effective environment for patients.
• Collaborating with healthcare team members to provide high-quality patient care.
• Documenting patient care accurately and in a timely manner.
• Educating patients regarding treatment plans and medication regimens.
