Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Valid, active, and unrestricted Virginia Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required Experience in skilled nursing, long‑term care, or rehabilitation settings preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills required for interdisciplinary collaboration Ability to document thoroughly and maintain timely patient records per regulatory requirements New graduates welcome.
