About the Organization PointBank has been an independent, locally-owned community bank serving Denton County, Texas since 1884. Branch Operations Manager Promote, market, and facilitate the overall sale of bank products and services to new and existing customers with emphasis on courteous and professional service. Contribute to the bank’s growth by effective sales, cross-sales, and referrals. Responsibilities Manage all operational functions, ensuring compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulations. Maintain controls to minimize risk, liability, and loss. Monitor branch efficiencies and performance to meet management expectations. Oversee branch staff: hiring, training, coaching (one‑on‑ones), scheduling, supervision, counseling, evaluations, pay reviews, and terminations. Provide prompt, efficient, and friendly service to customers and resolve issues quickly. Motivate employees to meet sales, cross‑sale, and referral goals and document activity in CRM. Perform teller and new account functions in accordance with bank policies. Maintain knowledge of all accounts, products, and services. Manage branch cash: maintain cash levels, balance branch cash, order/sell cash to/from the Federal Reserve, conduct cash counts and audits. Educate customers on identity fraud, phishing scams, and secure communication practices. Monitor, review, and submit all CTRs for the branch daily. Balance vault and manage vault transactions between the vault and tellers. Order branch supplies. Assist with the professional appearance of the branch interior and exterior; report maintenance, landscaping, or housekeeping needs to the Facilities Manager. Promote a positive image for PointBank in the community. Attend all meetings and complete required training for regulatory compliance. Comply with Federal, State, BSA/AML/OFAC policies, and participate in necessary training and suspicious activity identification. Suggest improvements to branch and departmental operations. Perform other duties and assignments as requested by management, including cross‑training and working in other branches if needed. Occasional stooping/crouching. Frequent standing/walking. Occasional sitting. Occasional pushing/pulling/lifting. Frequent fingering/grasping. Frequent repetitive motions. Frequent talking/hearing. Frequent reading/writing. Requires close visual acuity. Requires interpreting data, problem solving, making decisions, and organizing. Working Conditions Subject to inside environmental conditions within the branch. May be exposed to outside conditions when working with ATMs/ITMs or traveling for meetings and training. Subject to local travel when required for ATMs/ITMs or other bank meetings.
