Location: Plainview, New York – Madison Hill Rd. This is a part‑time Branch Ambassador role at Capital One. Responsibilities Guardian of Trust & Accuracy – Execute high‑volume cash transactions with 100% accuracy while maintaining compliance with security, audit, BSA/AML, and federal standards. Digital Concierge – Educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments to improve convenience and security. \>First‑Line Consultant – Listen actively to uncover personal or business goals and recommend the right digital tools or banking solutions. Hospitality Lead – Greet customers and ensure each visitor feels valued, balancing efficiency of a high‑volume operation with warmth of community engagement. Basic Qualifications High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience. At least 6 months of cash handling experience. Preferred Qualifications Associate’s degree. 2+ years of Retail or Customer‑facing experience. Proficiency with G‑Suite. Strong written and oral communication skills.
