Position Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Cardiologist (MD/DO) to join a well-established outpatient practice in Long Island, NY. This role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality cardiovascular care in a supportive and patient-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive outpatient cardiovascular care including consultation, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up

• Perform and interpret echocardiograms and vascular studies

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Prescribe medications and guide preventive cardiac care

• Maintain accurate patient records using EMR/EHR systems

• Educate patients on lifestyle, nutrition, and disease prevention

Requirements

✅ Requirements

• MD or DO with Board Certification/Eligibility in Cardiology

• Minimum 3 years of outpatient clinical experience

• Active or eligible for New York State medical license

• Strong skills in echocardiography and cardiovascular diagnosis

• Experience in treatment planning and direct patient care

• Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems

• Excellent communication and patient care skills
