We're seeking a driven Territory Sales Executive to own a dedicated sales territory, manage total-solution accounts across reagents, hardware, and digital platforms, and drive revenue growth through both new business and existing account expansion.

What You'll Own

Territory sales strategy across the hemostasis reagent, hardware, and digital portfolio
Full sales cycle ownership prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing
Cross-functional collaboration with account management, marketing, and support teams to win high-value contracts
Clinical, operational, and financial presentations to hospital leadership
Competitive intelligence and positioning across the hemostasis diagnostics landscape

Requirements

7+ years' experience in Clinical or laboratory diagnostics (Bachelor's xxzpjkt degree or equivalent)
Strong technical grasp of hemostasis/coagulation testing and how it drives lab efficiency
Proven ability to challenge the status quo and displace competitors in hospital accounts
Executive presence and credibility with senior hospital stakeholders
Willingness to travel extensively within territory (~70%)
