Licensed HVAC Installer | Cincinnati, OH | $30-$40/hr

With nearly 50 years in the industry, Inloes Mechanical, Inc. has proudly served the Hamilton, Dayton, and Cincinnati regions since 1979, specializing in commercial installation, repair, and maintenance for HVAC systems.

We have a vibrant team at our Cincinnati, OH location and are looking to add a Licensed HVAC Installer to our ranks. This role is primarily focused on installation and sheet metal fabrication. If you have experience with new construction projects, leading crews, and ensuring high-quality, on-time installations, we'd love to hear from you!

Pay: $30-$40/hour, depending on experience

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Schedule:

• 4/10s M-TH, from 7AM-5PM OR Traditional 5-day M-F schedule.
• Overtime as needed.

What You'll Do:

• Install commercial heating/air conditioning systems
• Ductwork
• Gas piping
• Refrigerant piping
• Lead and mentor install crews
• Follow wiring diagrams and blueprints
• Brazing and soldering
• On-site fabrication

What You'll Bring:

Experience:

• 1+ years Commercial or Residential HVAC Installation Experience
• Experience with Sheet Metal Fabrication and Commercial New Construction
• Accurate interpretation of blueprints and wiring diagrams
• Proficient in installation of gas and refrigerant piping
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs

Licenses:

• EPA Universal
• Valid driver's license with insurable record

What We'd Like to See:

• HVAC trade school certification
• Experience with Low-Voltage HVAC Systems
• Strong knowledge of safety practices and HVAC codes

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
