Sales Manager

Description

The Sales Manager oversees all aspects of the Yutka Fence sales department, ensuring a high-performing, efficient, and customer-centric sales operation built on integrity . This role focuses heavily on sales process ownership, team leadership, sales training, onboarding, lead management, accurate estimating, KPI tracking, strategic partnerships, and cross-department collaboration - all carried out with professionalism .

The Sales Manager ensures consistent execution, drives progress through revenue growth, and protects the customer's experience from first contact through installation.
