Employment Litigation Attorney

We are seeking a California-licensed Litigation Attorney to join a growing Labor & Employment practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with employment litigation experience or strong civil litigation experience who is interested in developing their career in plaintiff-side employment law. The practice handles matters involving wage & hour claims, PAGA, class actions, wrongful termination, retaliation, harassment, discrimination, and other employment disputes . What We're Looking For: Ideally 3-8 years of civil/employment litigation experience Plaintiff-side Labor & Employment experience, particularly wage & hour, PAGA, and class action litigation , is highly preferred Defense-side Labor & Employment attorneys are encouraged to apply Attorneys with transferable civil litigation experience are also strongly encouraged to apply , particularly those coming from Personal Injury, Workers' Compensation, insurance defense, or other litigation-heavy practices Strong legal research, writing, case management, and litigation skills Interest in developing or expanding a career in plaintiff-side Labor & Employment law Candidates with strong litigation fundamentals will still be considered.
