SAP ARIBA Consultant (GC-USC)

Job Description Preferred Experience and understanding of Production support. Ability to work in team environment. Ability to contribute in medium to complex tasks independently. Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment. Should Understand customer issues, diagnose problems, design solutions and facilitate solution deployment. Should be able to lead small projects with team. Should know how to prepare Solution Blue print, Functional design Documents, Integration documents, process design documents. Should be able to prepare content as necessary to conduct solution workshops. Should have good understanding to conduct workshops with client to gather high level requirements. Have the ability to conduct and support Proof of Concepts (PoCs) necessary for the project. Have good presentation skills to present Conference Room Pilot (CRP) to demonstrate the solution and capture user feedback. Should have the ability to convert high level requirements to low level requirements. Should be good at defining the business process, business requirements, process flows and diagrams. Should be proficient at Updating Ariba Workbooks - Enablement Workbook / Header Fields Workbook / Process Design Workbook / Content Workbook. Should be able to delegate relevant work to team members, track the progress, and resolve issues. Should be expert to review Technical Design Document with team. Support testing related activities (ST, SIT and UAT) as deemed necessary. Resolve the test defects. Analytical and Communication skills. Planning and Co-ordination skills. Experience with project management. Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel. Handle co-ordination with different teams including SAP Ariba team. The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements. Qualifications Desired Skills & Experience Required Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
