The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing a regional commercial team, owning national account relationships, and building strategic growth initiatives to penetrate new markets. This role demands a leader with a proven track record in healthcare sales, national account management, and the ability to build and lead high-performing teams. The VP will also be tasked with maintaining a deep knowledge of industry trends, supporting proposal development, and driving change initiatives to improve commercial efficiency. Candidates for the VP of Field Commercial position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, with at least 7 years of commercial management experience and 5 years in a healthcare setting. A background in healthcare services, particularly in areas such as CRT, DME, or clinical/therapy, is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated success in business development, managing national accounts, and be proficient in CRM systems. Strong executive presence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence at all levels of an organization are essential.
