Job Description
- Advise clients on finance-related legal matters, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex financial agreements and related documentation.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support client needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide legal guidance on financial transactions.
- Assist with due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and other financial activities.
- Provide strategic legal advice to clients in the professional services sector.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial regulations and industry trends.
- Support the development of innovative solutions to address client challenges.
The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate should have:
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the bar in the relevant state.
- 4-5 years' experience in finance-related legal transactions and agreements.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Commitment to providing high-quality legal services to clients.
