About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse - Telemetry Profession: RN Specialty: Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 1 year License: RN License Required Certifications: Basic Life Support required Must-Have: - Med/Surg Experience Description: CONTRACT RN TELE - 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The position involves taking assignments with a patient ratio of 6:1, possibly 5:1. No on-call requirements are present. Unit has a total of 34 beds. Staffing consists of 1 Charge Nurse, 6 Nurses, 3 Patient Care Technicians during day shift, and 1 Charge Nurse, 6 Nurses, 2 Patient Care Technicians during night shift. The unit employs Welch Allyn Vital Signs and GE Telemetry Monitoring equipment. The electronic medical record system used is MediTech. Key procedures performed include Wound Vac, CPM Machines, External Fixation, and Bracing. We seek outgoing and team-oriented staff who fit well within the unit's culture.
