You’ll be the driving force behind reliable, efficient blow molding—uniting people, process, and data to deliver consistent quality.
Location: Carrollton, TX
D (Rotating) Schedule:
Thursday–Saturday | 36 hours
Wednesday–Saturday | 48 hours
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required

Your mission- Own blow molding performance—maximize efficiency, uphold quality, and reinforce a safety-first culture.
- Design and execute improvement initiatives that cut waste and stabilize processes.
- Develop people: train operators, mentor leads, and embed best practices.
- Turn metrics into action—analyze data to reveal trends and opportunities.
- Partner with Engineering and Quality to troubleshoot and prevent recurrence.
- Ensure full compliance with safety regulations and internal policies.
- Document precisely—record settings, trials, learnings, and outcomes.
- Align production with business needs through active cross-functional collaboration.
- High school diploma or equivalent; engineering or related discipline preferred.
- Demonstrated blow molding expertise and strong grasp of process control.
- Manufacturing leadership exposure considered a strong plus.
- Analytical, data-literate decision maker.
- Excellent communicator and collaborator.
- Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of manufacturing safety requirements.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with manufacturing software.
