Senior Business Analyst

Job Duties: Work in enabling best practices/methodologies and guiding the project team members in evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, developing and implementing solutions. Work on delivering software solutions by analyzing and translating Business/Process requirements to technical requirements using SAP FSCM, SAP Simple finance and SAP Solution Manager and reporting them back to stakeholders. Analyzing complex business problems and developing high impact process improvement initiatives to drive operational performance in SAP S/4 HANA Finance Implementation and S4HANA Migration. Configure SAP S/4 HANA FICO modules like General Ledger Accounting FI-GL, Accounts Payable FI-AP, Inter Company Settings, Accounts Receivable FI-AR, Cost and Profit Center Accounting, Controlling CO and Asset Accounting FI-AA. Customize FI Integration with MM & SD Modules, VAT, GST, EBS, Cut over activities, Source To Pay, Order To Cash, Plan-To-Produce processes and custom development and interfaces (WRICEF) and SAP ABAP debugging. Analyze RDBMS to log system change orders to develop and implement new applications with GUI. Assist the ongoing SAP project by reviewing of business processes and developing optimization strategies for improvement. Work with other business analysts and team members to develop functional and technical design specifications for solutions with high complexity or to resolve technical problems. Interact with other technical staff in researching and interpreting technical data. Be the liaison between the customer community and the development team by participating and leading cross-functional projects and build relationships with other teams across various business/ technical groups. Requirements: Bachelors or foreign equivalent in Engineering Management, Management/Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, and Information Technology or a related field; and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in IT Business Analyst positions to include at least 3 years’ working with SAP S/4 HANA FICO, SAP Simple Finance, SAP FSCM, SAP Solution Manager, RDBMS and SAP ABAP debugging. #J-18808-Ljbffr Aryadit Solutions
