- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and written correspondence regarding insurance policies, payments, and benefits
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer interactions while maintaining professionalism and accuracy
- Process payments, policy updates, and related documentation
- Research and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with customers, agents, and internal departments
- Maintain accurate records and documentation within company systems
- Follow established procedures and compliance guidelines
- Participate in training and development programs to expand product and process knowledge
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service, call center, administrative, or office support experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a structured, fast-paced environment
- Associate degree and/or insurance industry experience is a plus
- Compensation: $18.00 – $19.00 per hour
