Job Details
Position Overview: This position is full-time, Monday through Friday with some nights and weekends.
Pre-employment Requirements:
- We are a drug free facility. Passing a pre-employment drug screening is required.
Education Requirements:
- Validation of high school diploma or equivalent preferred, but will consider previous related work experience.
Job Requirements:
- Must have a Mobile County Health Department Food Handlers card.
- Must have prior cooking experience at high volume fast paced business.
- Must be able to prep foods and follow HAACP procedures.
- Must be able to follow verbal and written directions.
- Must follow food safety guidelines.
- Must present self in a professional manner.
- Must be a team player and be willing to be cross trained.
- Must be able to work a variety of shifts.
