Contribute to development of an evidence-based, age-appropriate care plan; involve resident/family in goal setting and care decisions. Provide direct and indirect nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse; execute nursing interventions as prescribed. Monitor resident conditions, recognize changes, and upscale as needed; participate in rounds and care plan reviews. Collaborate with physicians, other nurses, and ancillary staff to ensure safe, effective, and high-quality resident care. Maintain current nursing knowledge; participate in mentoring and orientation of staff; uphold safety, cost, and quality considerations in care delivery.
