Project Architect

Project Architect/Designer (6–10 years experience) Experience: 6–10 years FORMM is looking for a Project Architect/Designer to join our team. This position will play a key role in driving project delivery across multiple assignments, from early design through construction administration. We’re seeking a self-motivated individual who excels at communication, thrives in a collaborative environment, and can keep teams aligned and informed. The right candidate will be highly organized, creative, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to identify priorities and execute the steps needed to keep projects on track. Responsibilities Lead projects from design through construction administration Produce and oversee detailed construction documentation and specifications Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure design intent and technical accuracy Integrate Revit workflows, BIM, and visualization tools into design and delivery Mentor and guide junior team members, cultivating professional growth and collaboration Qualifications & Skills 6–10 years of professional experience with demonstrated leadership on built projects Licensed or actively pursuing licensure preferred Proficiency with Revit and Adobe Creative Suite (required) Extensive knowledge of design principles, codes, and standards Advanced documentation and field observational skills Advanced interior architecture detailing expertise Demonstrated ability to manage and lead junior staff through direct authority and subject matter expertise Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills Flexible Paid Time Off Health Insurance Hybrid Work Model (Office / Work From Home) How to Apply Please email View email address on click.appcast.io with the following: Portfolio of relevant work (5MB max) CV #J-18808-Ljbffr FORMM
