WHAT YOUR DAY IS LIKE

As our Roof Technician - Roofer, you will visit residential job sites to evaluate roofing systems for leaks, deterioration, and structural concerns. After assessing the situation, you determine the best repair strategy. You carry out repairs, including replacing shingles, sealing leaks, and restoring flashing, gutters, and ventilation systems, while ensuring a safe and clean job site in accordance with OSHA and company protocols. You document your findings and completed tasks accurately and engage directly with homeowners, explaining issues and presenting repair recommendations. By building trust through exceptional service, you confidently prepare and execute repair agreements.

WHAT'S NEEDED FROM A ROOF TECHNICIAN - ROOFER?

We're looking for someone who can meet the following qualifications:

• Experience in residential roofing repair (shingle, metal, or tile)
• Understanding of roofing systems, waterproofing, and local building codes
• Ability to work at heights, lift heavy materials, and work in varied environments and weather conditions
• Strong skills in identifying and resolving complex leak issues
• Proficient in using hand and power tools for roofing
