The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided‑upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. Responsibilities Manage and oversee all aspects of projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. Plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way. Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan. Define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress. Use industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution. Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement. Implement risk management processes and identify potential risks and obstacles, providing solutions or contingency plans. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Qualifications Proven 5+ years of project management experience in the construction industry, including experience with large-scale project management and team supervision. Solid technical background, with understanding or hands‑on experience in construction and project management. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Project Management software (Primavera or similar) and tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking. Strong leadership, decision-making and team management abilities. Proven ability to solve problems creatively. Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle. Excellent analytical skills. Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful. Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline. Professional Project Management (PMP) certification is a plus.
