Event Manager

We're partnering with a highly regarded international law firm on the search for an Event Manager to join their growing Marketing & BD team.

In this role, you'll take ownership of planning and executing a wide range of client-facing, sponsored and internal events that support the firm's business development strategy. Working closely with partners, attorneys and senior business services leaders, you'll manage everything from client dinners and networking receptions to large-scale conferences, webinars and firmwide initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing creativity with strategic project management and is confident managing multiple high-touch events while building strong relationships with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of client-facing, sponsored, internal, virtual and hybrid events from concept through completion.
• Act as the primary point of contact for partners, attorneys and key stakeholders throughout the event lifecycle.
• Manage event logistics including venues, vendors, budgets, contracts, invitations, production and on-site delivery.
• Coordinate webinars, conferences and sponsorships while ensuring a seamless attendee experience.
• Track event budgets, attendance and performance, providing post-event analysis and recommendations.
• Partner with Marketing & BD teams to deliver events that support the firm's strategic growth initiatives.
• Research new venues, suppliers and industry trends to continually enhance the firm's events program.
• Oversee external vendors and consultants while helping establish best practices across the firm's events function.
