Senior AccountantThe City of Boise is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join the Department of Finance in a hybrid-eligible role with broad Citywide impact. This position is ideal for a skilled accounting professional who wants to work beyond routine transactions and take the lead on complex financial reporting, grants accounting and compliance, audits, cost allocation, reconciliations, GASB implementation, and ERP system improvements. You will serve as a trusted resource to departments and leadership, help strengthen financial processes, and support the accurate, transparent, and responsible management of public funds.To ensure internal equity and alignment with the approved budget for this position, offers are made within the posted hiring range.
