Duties Prepare and serve a variety of bowls and smoothies with precision and care, ensuring quality standards are met consistently Operate Square POS systems sales transactions accurately and efficiently Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions, and offering product recommendations to enhance their experience Handle cashing out customers, managing cash handling responsibilities with accuracy and integrity Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food preparation areas according to health regulations Manage time effectively to handle high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail in food handling and serving Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies and ensuring proper food handling procedures are followed Experience No experience is needed but previous barista experience is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with food preparation and customer service in a food industry setting Experience using POS systems is advantageous for smooth transaction processing Strong skills in retail sales transactions, cashiering, and retail math to ensure accurate cash handling and sales recording Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and engage positively with diverse guests Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and basic math skills necessary for accurate transactions Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety Familiarity with the food industry’s standards for serving, food preparation, and food safety regulations is a plus Join us as a Bowl Barista to bring energy, enthusiasm, and excellence to our team.
