Client Advisor (Full-Time)

We are seeking a polished, client-focused Client Advisor to deliver exceptional service and drive sales performance in a luxury retail environment. This role is ideal for a relationship-builder who is passionate about fashion, attentive to detail, and motivated by exceeding client expectations.


Key Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales goals and store KPIs while maintaining elevated standards for client service, visual presentation, inventory, and store operations.
• Deliver a personalized, high-touch client experience that builds trust, loyalty, and repeat business.
• Develop and maintain a strong client database through meaningful outreach and professional relationship management.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, confidence, and a deep understanding of products, collections, and brand standards.
• Maintain consistently high visual merchandising and store presentation standards in alignment with established directives.
• Support stock management, inventory accuracy, loss prevention, and daily operational procedures.
• Participate actively in team training and development, including product knowledge, brand education, sustainability, diversity, and workplace safety initiatives.
• Collaborate effectively with team members while also working independently to prioritize client needs and business objectives.


Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in luxury, designer fashion, premium retail, or a similarly client-driven environment.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and performance KPIs.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• A professional, optimistic, collaborative, and client-first approach.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
