As a strategic partner for Stage-X, you will have the opportunity to co-build operations, influence event strategy, and participate in equity-based growth initiatives. This is a full-time hybrid role for a Partner at Stage-X located in the San Francisco Bay Area, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Partner will be responsible for co-building operations, influencing event strategy, and participating in equity-based growth initiatives. This role involves networking with leaders, startups, investors, and policymakers, facilitating high-signal connections, organizing and managing events, and driving community engagement and measurable outcomes. Responsibilities Co-build operations and influence event strategy as part of Stage-X partnerships Organize, manage, and facilitate events that connect leaders, startups, investors, and policymakers Drive community engagement and measurable outcomes Collaborate across teams to support equity-based growth initiatives Engage in networking to foster high-signal connections Qualifications Experience in Event Strategy and Operations Management Networking, stakeholder engagement, and community building skills Understanding of tech demo zones, sponsorships, and exhibitor platforms Proficiency in measuring outcomes and driving innovation Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment Experience in equity-based growth initiatives is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Event Management, or related field #J-18808-Ljbffr Stage-X Events
