Job Qualifications
Human Resources experience specifically with experience in a HR Benefits Administrator capacity
Strong knowledge on 401K and Financial Well-Being Benefits
Experience in benefits administration or HR
Familiar with benefits compliance and related regulations
Proficient in HRIS, Microsoft Office, Oracle, and Excel
Excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills
