Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately gauge clients' mental health concerns, subsequently crafting individualized treatment plans aligned with their goals.

• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other frameworks based on client needs.

• Collaborate with clients to establish specific therapeutic goals, consistently monitoring their progress through regular check-ins and documentation.

• Provide teletherapy options for clients who may benefit from virtual sessions, ensuring equitable access to mental health services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, and stress-related issues. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
