1st Shift Tig Welder – Build Aerospace Components. Advance Your Welding Career.

What You'll Be Doing

• Perform TIG welding on aluminum aerospace components to exact specifications.
• Partner with engineering and manufacturing teams to build and test thermal products.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Inspect completed work using measuring tools and quality standards.
• Support fabrication, assembly, testing, and other manufacturing operations as needed.

What We're Looking For

Strong TIG welding experience

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Experience using precision measuring tools and performing inspections

High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Job Type & Location

This is a permanent position based out of Lancaster, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
