Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated Marketing Assistant to support promotional campaigns, customer engagement, lead generation, and business development initiatives. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, participating in promotional activities, and developing practical marketing, communication, and customer service skills.
Responsibilities- Assist with promotional campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
- Present products and services clearly and professionally.
- Support lead generation and customer acquisition activities.
- Participate in promotional events and community outreach programs.
- Build positive relationships with customers and prospective clients.
- Follow up with prospective customers to support business opportunities.
- Assist with promotional materials, displays, and campaign resources.
- Help coordinate daily promotional activities and schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and marketing activities.
- Gather customer feedback and communicate relevant information to team members.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve marketing and business goals.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive, outgoing, and professional personality.
- Comfortable interacting with customers in person.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve results.
- Strong relationship-building and presentation skills.
- Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated.
- Previous experience in marketing, sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, events, or promotions is a plus but not required.
