Overview The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of marketing initiatives that bring the unique personality and guest experience of to life. This role assists with social media, content creation, email marketing, events, website updates, partnerships, and day-to-day marketing operations. The ideal candidate is creative, highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about hospitality, storytelling, and creating memorable experiences. Key Responsibilities Marketing & ContentAssist with planning, creating, and scheduling social media content. Capture and edit photography and video content for marketing channels. Support influencer partnerships and on-property experiences. Maintain organized marketing asset and photo libraries. Create marketing collateral, signage, and promotional materials. Events & PromotionsCoordinate marketing support for hotel, restaurant, and seasonal activations. Create and maintain event listings across websites, OpenTable, and local partner platforms. Assist with content gathering, event promotion, and post-event follow-up. Digital MarketingAssist with email marketing campaigns and monthly newsletters. Update website content, event pages, promotions, and local events listings. Support reporting, marketing calendars, and campaign tracking. Collaboration & Brand ManagementWork closely with hotel, restaurant, sales, and agency partners to execute marketing initiatives. Ensure all communications and creative materials align with brand standards. Identify local partnership and promotional opportunities that enhance brand visibility and guest engagement. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field preferred, not required. 1-3 years of marketing, hospitality, or social media experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and project management abilities. Experience with social media platforms, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office. Photography, video editing, and content creation experience preferred. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
