We are partnering with a respected and rapidly growing plaintiff personal injury law firm seeking a Remote Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys through every stage of the litigation process. What You'll Do Manage a high-volume AND/OR Complex plaintiff personal injury litigation caseload from filing through trial. Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, correspondence, and trial documents. Coordinate and maintain litigation calendars, court deadlines, hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial dates. Organize and review medical records, billing records, and supporting case documentation. Communicate with clients, medical providers, expert witnesses, opposing counsel, and court personnel. Prepare trial notebooks, exhibits, witness files, and mediation packages. Assist attorneys with discovery, document production, and trial preparation. Maintain accurate electronic case files using case management software. Ensure compliance with court rules and filing deadlines in state and federal courts. What We're Looking For 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience in plaintiff personal injury. Strong knowledge of the litigation process from complaint through trial. Experience drafting legal documents with minimal supervision. Familiarity with medical records, liens, damages documentation, and discovery. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Ability to prioritize multiple cases while meeting strict deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and legal case management systems such as Filevine, SmartAdvocate, Needles, Litify, Clio, or similar platforms.
