Concierge Security Supervisor

GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Supervisor. This role focuses on building meaningful connections with guests and maintaining security across diverse environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. What’s In It For You Site location: Chicago, IL Schedule: Two shifts available Shift 1: Full‑time, Friday through Tuesday, 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. Shift 2: Full‑time, Saturday through Wednesday, 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. Competitive hourly wage of $22.60 with DailyPay available for GardaWorld employees Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with employer matching, paid time off, paid holidays, disability and life insurance Career growth opportunities Uniform provided at no cost Responsibilities Of a Concierge Security Guard Customer service duties such as welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors Manage access control Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams Answer questions in person or by phone Write incident reports and communicate security concerns Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property Qualifications For Concierge Security Supervisor Must have a valid IL PERC At least 2 years of security supervisor experience Valid driver license Authorized to work in the U.S. High school diploma or GED Pass an extensive screening process Exceptional customer service skills Proficient in basic phone and computer skills Security, military, or law enforcement experience a plus State license if required In the United States, GardaWorld Security remains the only guarding security company to be Certified by Great Place to Work . Employment is contingent on the successful completion of a background check and drug screening after an offer of employment is extended.
