Who You Are A night owl who loves engaging with people and making their day (or night!) Experienced in hospitality or upscale retail, with a knack for exceeding expectations. A problem‑solver who communicates effectively and dresses to impress. Self‑motivated, organized, and proactive, with a positive attitude that's contagious. A proven track record of delivering top‑tier service. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays because luxury never takes a day off.
