Job Description

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects.
• Support the project team in maintaining schedules and budgets.
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and progress updates.
• Oversee compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.
• Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and team members to resolve issues.
• Monitor project performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Participate in meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management (Required)
• Commercial construction experience as a Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, or similar role
• Experience with retail, adaptive reuse, medical office, restaurant, or office projects preferred
