Job Description

• Plan, execute, and finalize construction projects according to deadlines and budgets.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to address challenges.
• Prepare project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to align project outcomes with expectations.
• Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and optimizing resource allocation.
• Lead project meetings and maintain open communication with all team members.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management (Preferred)
• 10+ years of project management experience WITH a general contractor
• Experience with adaptive reuse, retail, restaurant, office, and/or medical office projects preferred
• Ground - Up, Tennant Improvement, Interiors (Preferred)
• Culture fit is critical for this hire.

Salary: $100,000-$120,000 Base Salary

• Per Diem/ Truck Allowance Negotiable per Candidate, nothing is off limits for the ideal person
