Lead Pediatric Dental Assistant

Lead Dental Assistant Location: American Pediatric Dental Group. Role Overview You will help children develop healthy dental habits and ensure they have a lifetime of beautiful smiles. Key Responsibilities Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills – must establish and maintain positive working relationships. Customer service oriented and able to communicate with a pleasant demeanor at all times. Effective written and verbal communication with staff and management. Project a capable and professional image reflective of company values. Excellent organizational skills; strong attention to detail, able to multitask and perform job duties in a timely manner. Computer proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, fax machine, copy machine, and general office equipment. Experience and Qualifications Pediatric dental assisting experience preferred (training available for experienced dental assistants). Required: EFDA certification, CPR certification, X‑ray certification. Preferred: Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish). Loves working with kids, flexible, reliable, eager for growth.
