AVP of Development - Data Centers (Hospitality/Real Estate)

Position Assistant Vice President of Development - Data Centers (AVP of Development (Data Centers)) Job Overview Luxury, world-class real-estate, entertainment and hospitality company seeks an AVP of Development (Data Centers) to join an expanding team to support development projects across our vast portfolio. Core Responsibilities Project management, design management, managing project budgets and cash flows, communicating with lenders/partners, and handling meetings with utilities, consultants, tenants, and internal teams. Project management, site selection, power & infrastructure, financial management, design & construction coordination, stakeholder communication. Requirements 5–9 years of experience in real estate development, construction, or mission-critical project delivery. Strong development expertise complemented by background in architecture, construction, engineering, and/or business. Hands‑on experience building project budgets, proformas, and cash flow projections; strong financial acumen and proficiency in Excel. Proven ability to project-manage at a very high level - coordinating multiple projects, consultants, and deadlines simultaneously without sacrificing quality or detail. Working knowledge of data center fundamentals preferred, including power and cooling infrastructure, redundancy configurations, MEP systems, and commissioning processes. Familiarity with utility coordination, power procurement, and/or fiber connectivity is a strong plus. Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
