Why Consider This Role? ✔ Use your GAAP and real estate experience with more flexibility in your role ✔ Manage all accounting related aspects of major real estate expansion in a brand-new off-shore market ✔ Partner directly with ownership in this high-impact role ✔ Grow your career and your financial future alongside a consistently successful organization Your Impact Build and lead the company’s financial structure for a major new development Manage accounting related aspects of real estate including transactions, development, asset management, leasing, and property management Ensure all financial activities comply with GAAP, relevant tax regulations, and industry standards Monitor and manage project cash flows, process construction loan draws, and manage contractor payment Develop and implement effective internal controls to enhance the integrity of financial reporting and safekeeping of assets Who We’re Looking For Based in the South Florida region 8–10 years of audit experience including leadership/manager role, ideally with a large regional or national CPA firm CPA with expertise in GAAP and at least some experience in one or more of the following: Acquisitions Asset Management Capital Markets (Debt) Bank Relations Leasing Analysis Strategic Planning Team Building Skilled in project budgets and financial forecasts Strong communicator who can be trusted advisor to executive leadership You’ve done the grind.
