Regional Controller

Compensation: $125,000 – $160,000 Base Salary + Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits Ascendo Resources is proud to partner with an industry-leading manufacturing organization in the Weston, FL area that is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Regional Controller to join their growing leadership team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in corporate accounting and operational finance within a manufacturing environment, along with the leadership capabilities to manage accounting operations, improve processes, and support strategic business initiatives. Key Responsibilities Oversee regional accounting operations including general ledger, month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting Lead and mentor accounting and finance staff across multiple locations while fostering a high-performance team environment Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP Partner closely with executive leadership and operational teams to analyze business performance and support strategic decision-making Drive process improvements, internal controls, and operational efficiencies throughout the accounting function Manage inventory accounting, cost accounting, and manufacturing-related financial analysis Coordinate annual audits, tax support, and compliance requirements Assist with ERP optimization, reporting enhancements, and financial systems initiatives Monitor KPIs, cash flow, margins, and operational performance metrics across the region Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required CPA strongly preferred 7+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience with leadership responsibilities Manufacturing industry experience required Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory, and operational finance Experience managing multi-entity or multi-location accounting operations preferred Advanced ERP and Excel skills required Proven ability to lead teams, improve processes, and operate in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and business partnering skills with both finance and operations leadership Base salary ranging from $125K–$160K depending on experience Performance-based bonus opportunity 401(k) with company match PTO and paid holidays Long-term career growth with a stable and expanding organization If you are interested in learning more about this opportunity, please apply today or reach out directly to Ascendo Resources for confidential consideration.
