Dry Van Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs In Laredo, TX
Are you a CDL-A driver seeking a rewarding OTR opportunity with excellent pay and modern equipment? At American Trucking Group, we provide dry van routes that feature exceptional mileage potential and performance bonuses. Home Time: Typically, drivers are out for 1-2 weeks based on location and freight. Our goal is weekly home time, though some 2-week stretches may occur. The schedule runs from Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.
Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained and no older than three years, featuring Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home, with secured parking responsibilities.
No Touch Freight: All dry van loads feature 70% drop and hook operations, significantly reducing dock waiting times. Enjoy 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive loads for efficient operations.
Pay and Miles: Expect to earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly, depending on your hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles driven each week. The base rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.
Running Area: Primarily east of I-35, dedicated drivers can expect to drive up to 3,000 miles weekly. Our consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.
Benefits: Health insurance starts the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Additional benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. You become eligible for dedicated accounts after 90 days.
